For your dog’s safety and comfort, please inform us of any health issues, allergies, skin conditions, anxiety, aggressive behavior, or special handling needs before the appointment. Severely matted coats may require extra time, special handling, or a shorter haircut, and additional fees may apply.
Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or delayed pick-ups may be subject to additional fees.
